🌟 Field Project Success: A Community Effort! 🌟

We’re thrilled to share the incredible accomplishment of completing a major field repair project last season! Thanks to the generosity and dedication of our supporters, we raised the entire $23,000 goal through fundraisers, grants, and donations, allowing us to invest $21,000 into essential field improvements.

While we share the complex with Leicester Little League, Leicester Girls Softball is a proudly independent USA Softball program with our own 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. We’re solely responsible for the upkeep of our field at Russell Memorial Park, a place we’ve called home for years. When Becker College closed, we took on full responsibility for maintaining this field, ensuring it remains a safe and welcoming space for our athletes.

This investment is just one of many steps we’re taking to keep our league strong and to provide the best possible experience for our players. The completed field repair not only enhances safety but also reflects the commitment of our entire community to the success of Leicester Girls Softball.
